Christian Coaching Institute was founded in 2000 by Faith Meenan, M.Ed who has been coaching since 1994. Throughout those years of coaching, it became very apparent that there was a need for a distinctly Christian Training Program which would use the truth of Scripture and the exaltation of Jesus Christ as the foundation for coaching.
The vision of CCI is to equip coaches to be powerful change instruments in the lives of Christians. Many Christians are living lives that lack freedom, joy, and peace. They are held back by what CCI calls Codes of Survival. These are things we tell ourselves about how life HAS to be. These codes have us living life in guilt, lack, and survival -- the very opposite of what God intends for us!!
CCI has developed a process called the Living True Process, a proven step by step process which enables you to more effectively disciple people so that people can:
- take charge of their lives;
- live by what they KNOW God wants, what they know THEIR values are, instead of by everyone else's expectations of them;
- stop living a life of defeat and discover how to start living a life of focus, purpose, and freedom.
The process quickly cuts through all of that and helps Christians start living life more fully the way God intended through the Code of Glory.
Faith has been a Christian since 1977 and has years of experience helping people grow in their Christian walk.

- Graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi with a Masters of Education
- In the process of publishing 2 books: Living True to the Glory of God in You and Follow Me: The Attraction Principles of Jesus
